The creation of Creed…..
 
When we started Creed Realty, it was about the concept of a better way of doing business, not about a name.  Creed (noun) meaning a set of beliefs and principles was started because of a strong belief that real estate is about people not houses. Every day, managers should wake up and ask this important question, “What do my customers wants?”  Having been an agent, broker and owner of two real estate franchises, I wanted to create a company that was about the agent not the company.  In talking with other agents, I realized most companies operated and made decisions based on what was best for the company, not what was best for the agent. The belief that the corporate pyramid should be inverted allows the principles that make Creed Realty provide a servant leadership mentality to serve those who serve the customer.
 
Creed Realty believes the company works for the agent, not the other way around. This basic concept creates an environment that the company serves the agents so the agent can serve the customer. When I say it is not about me, it is about the customer, then I am saying, it is about the agent so the customer can be served.
 
In order for the management of Creed Realty to be held accountable to these concepts, I created a values based business model that allows the values of the company to dictate the decisions. This yield of power serves the people associated with Creed not to be subjected to emotional leadership that creates win-lose decisions for the agent. When we say our values give you value, we mean it. Everything we do, we try to create win-wins for the agent, client, and all the people we do business with.
