Confidentiality is not only important in real estate to our clients, but to our staff, agents and preferred vendors. The fruit of respect is listening, hearing and learning.   We value respect because it is a platform to build real relationships on and business is all about relationships, trust and respect.

Environment

The only thing that works is management by values. We want to find people who are competent and really bright, but more importantly, people who care exactly about the same things we care about - integrity and the best customer service for our clients. We hire for values and teach skills for production.

Education

It is about understanding each other and moving beyond simple tolerance to embracing and celebrating the rich dimensions of diversity contained within each individual.  We believe that diversity is good for personal growth and increases our market share.

Values based business model.  Creed Realty is guided by the values.  All decisions come from these values, not the emotions of the management.

We dedicate ourselves, to helping buyers, sellers, agents, and everyone who provides ancillary services to our company, find their path to success in real estate. As the agent provides service to their client or customer, the brokerage provides service to agents, and the firm does this in the unique way of recognizing that the agents are customers of the brokerage, and they should be treated as such.

Our agents come first because they are our client!  Staff and management are carefully chosen so they meet this NEED.  We are very responsive to the agent’s suggestions and requests. We provide many opportunities and tools for them to suggest necessary changes and systems to make them more successful.  If the agent is not successful or meeting their goals, then this is a reflection on management not providing the necessary tools or environment in order for the agent to be successful.  Through our agent councils, the agents have a say in how the company is managed.
